Employees Engagement
Each year BH Tree Services Ltd employees are invited to participate in a demonstration day. A suitable location is selected for the event and members of ESB staff are invited to come and view the demonstrations. The demonstrations range from climbing, aerial rescue, timber cutting using tractor mounted saw, pruning trees from the ground and different rope systems.
This type of demonstration day is being launched in the UK at present for the first time; this shows how BH Tree Services Ltd is ahead in trying to promote safety and employee interaction within the company.
Each employee has the opportunity to express views on making tasks easier and more user friendly, these ideas are taken on board by BH Tree Services Ltd Management and discussed at a later stage; feedback will then be given back to all employees.
